Reviewing imported data from Oracle CX Sales

To verify that data is successfully flowing into Oracle Unity from Oracle CX Sales, you can do the following:

  • Run the Data warehouse job.
  • Review the imported data in the Data viewer.

To run the Data warehouse job:

  1. Click the Oracle icon Image of the application navigation button. Use it to access the different parts of Oracle Unity. in the bottom-right corner to open the navigation menu.
  2. Select Data feeds.
  3. Click the Action menu (An image of the action menu button. Use it to edit custom data objects.) for the System - Data warehouse job and select Start.
  4. Monitor the job from the Jobs dashboard.

After the job successfully runs, you can follow the steps for Viewing data object records.

After running an CX Sales ingest job from the Data feeds page, you can review metrics from the job on the Jobs dashboard.

Description: The description of the job.

Job type: The type of job.

Source: The name of the source used for the ingest job.

Started: When the job run started.

Completed: When the job run completed.

Number of records read: Represents the number of records that were read from CX Sales.

Number of records ingested: Represents the number of records that were successfully imported from CX Sales into all data objects in the data model. If there are records that are read and cause errors, they will not be imported. You can get more details about Reviewing failed records for ingest jobs.

Number of files: Represents the number of files that were read during the ingest job.

Started by: The name of the user that started the job.

Data objects populated: The data objects configured in the field mapping for the ingest job.
