Automatically Rank People by Their Ranking Score

The ranking score considers all of the rankings from your subordinate managers. A person's ranking score varies depending on which manager in their management hierarchy is viewing the score. The score also considers each manager's position in the hierarchy.

The rankings of higher-level managers have more weight because the ranking compares the person with a larger population. The higher the score, the higher the rank.

When automatic ranking results in ties, you can retain the ties or arbitrarily resolve them. Here's an example of what each tie-handling option does.

Rahul 92 2 2
