Configure the Candidate Experience Skill

The steps in this section apply to both the Candidate Experience and Candidate Experience V2 (CE V2) skills. Although you can download and install the Candidate Experience skill, all new enhancements, feature developments, and support are available only in the new CE V2 skill. Hence, we strongly recommend that you download and install this version.

  1. Set the da.FARestEndpoint parameter to specify the HCM cloud instance URL in the Candidate Experience skill.
  2. Create a Web channel for the Candidate Experience digital assistant.
  3. Configure the Candidate Experience skill parameters.
  4. Configure the Web channel by linking the Candidate Experience digital assistant to Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  5. Enable the Candidate Experience digital assistant on the Candidate Experience site. Launch the Candidate Experience site and confirm that the skill works.
