Explore and segment customers

In CX Audience, a segment of customers is known as an audience. You can use the Audience Designer to create an audience by dragging and dropping filters onto the canvas, and then using the logical AND, OR, and MINUS operators to further refine your final audience.

After you publish your audience, you can analyze it to obtain the counts of both the filters used to create the final audience, and the final audience itself. You can then further edit the audience until it meets your requirements. You can also create waterfall-based segmentation, and this segment data is included when you publish to other systems.

Once you are satisfied with your audience, you can publish it to either Responsys or to an FTP site.
