Viewing a contact's Fatigue Level

With Fatigue Analysis, you can identify how fatigued your contacts are by your emails, and change your message frequency to reduce disengagement and minimize opt-outs.

To view the Fatigue Level for a specific contact:

You can view the Fatigue Level if you add it to contact view view or by using the All Contact Fields view.

  1. Navigate to Audience An image of the Audience icon., then click Contacts.

    The Fatigue Level column is displayed if it is included in your selected contact view. Step 2 guides you through changing your contact view.

  2. Change your contact view:
    • In the classic UI, click and choose the view.

      All Contact Fields contact view

    • In the Redwood experience, choose the view from the Contact Views drop-down.

    Tip: If you are unsure which view, to use and have access, use the All Contact Fields.

  3. Using the search box, search for the contact you'd like to learn more about.

    The Fatigue Level for that contact is displayed.
