Installing the app from the Oracle Marketplace

Note: You will need Eloqua Admin account to complete the installation

  1. Navigate to the Oracle Marketplace https://marketplace.oracle.com/ and search for "Zoom for Eloqua App".

  2. Click the Contact Seller button.

  3. Enter your Eloqua credentials and follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Once the App is installed, navigate to SettingsAn image of the Settings menu icon, which is represented by a black cog. > Apps, under the Platform Extensions section.
  5. Click Zoom for Eloqua app then click Configure An image of the Settings menu icon, which is represented by a black cog..

  6. Click the Add Credentials card An image of the Add Credentials icon, which is represented by a plus sign in a gray circle. in the Zoom Authentication section to authenticate the credentials.

  7. Enter the Username and Description, then click Login with Zoom.
  8. After logging in to Zoom, click Save in the Create Credential dialog.

Warning: To modify configuration settings, navigate to Apps, select your app, and click the Configure icon An image of the Settings menu icon, which is represented by a black cog.. Selecting the Reinstall icon An image of the Reinstall icon, which is represented by an arrow pointing down towards a horizontal line. will force you to go through the entire configuration process again. The app will be unavailable for all users during the reinstall. All existing assets, configurations and history are preserved when you reinstall an app. Also, you can choose to delete an app by clicking the Uninstall An image of the Uninstall icon, which is represented by a black garbage can.. In this case, all current assets, configurations, and history are permanently deleted.
