Zoom for Eloqua app

With the Zoom for Eloqua app, you can combine the marketing power of Oracle Eloqua with the Meeting and Webinar capabilities of Zoom. The Zoom for Eloqua app includes the following services:

  1. The Zoom Register Action service

  2. The Zoom Attended, Registered or On-Demand Recordings Feeder service

  3. The Zoom Registered Decision service

  4. The Zoom Content Service for the campaign canvas

In the above example campaign, the Segment Members step pulls contacts into the campaign based on who filled out a form to register for a webinar or meeting. The contacts are then routed to the Zoom Register Action step, which sends those registrations to Zoom and associates them with a Zoom meeting ID. After the webinar or meeting takes place, a Zoom Attended Feeder step pulls attendees and other metrics into a subsequent marketing campaign.

In this example, attendees are pulled using the Zoom Attended Feeder and sent an email thanking them for attending. Attendees are then routed to different paths based on whether they filled out the survey.
