HTML emails
If you need maximum customization and control of your emails, you can use the Source Editor in Oracle Eloqua. The Source Editor allows you to create emails using HTML code as well as visual design elements. If you need a no-code, drag-and-drop experience, use the Design Editor instead.
The Source Editor has two experiences:
Redwood Source Editor
The Redwood Source Editor is Eloqua's new experience that offers a modern UI , real-time previews, and full code access. The Redwood editor is currently released under our Controlled Availability program. To request access to this feature, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request.
Important: We encourage you to use this editor to build and test your HTML content, but continue to use the Classic editor for emails you plan on launching in a campagin. For more details, guidelines, and best practices, check out our latest post on Customer Connect.
Classic Source Editor
This is our classic editing experience. You should continue using this version for active campaigns or when maintaining existing templates.
