Message variants

Use message variants to personalize content based on contact attributes, such as residency, loyalty tiers, gender, and so on.

Example: You may have an email message that targets your loyalty customers. Within the message, you can apply variants to regions of the message so that contacts with separate loyalty levels see personalized content. In other words, having a gold variant visible to only gold tier contacts, and a bronze variant visible to only bronze tier contacts.
