Impacts of enabling or disabling Fatigue Analysis

In this topic, you'll learn more about the impacts of enabling or disabling Fatigue Analysis for your account.

Enabling Fatigue Analysis

When you enable the Fatigue Analysis feature for your account:

Important: When you enable this feature for your account, all campaigns (Email, SMS, and Push) for (Undefined variable: MyVariables.Fatigue analysis) are enabled.

  • RFM is enabled. It is required for this feature. Learn more about the impacts of enabling RFM.
  • The Fatigue Analysis dashboard will be visible to account users.
  • A Fatigue Analysis Profile Extension Table (PET) is created for each profile list in your account. The PET name format is Fatigue persona email- <profile list name>, or Fatigue persona sms- <profile list name>. For example, if you have a profile list named Contacts, the system would create a new PET named Fatigue persona email- Contacts, or Fatigue persona sms- Contacts.
  • Data in the Fatigue Analysis PETs will update automatically.
  • Fatigue Analysis persona filters are created for each profile list in your account. Filter names combine the persona name and the profile list name. For example, if you have a profile list named Contacts, the system would create the following new persona filters:
    • Just right-Fatigue-Email- Contacts
    • Saturated-Fatigue-Email- Contacts
    • Over saturated-Fatigue-Email- Contacts
    • Under saturated-Fatigue-Email- Contacts
    • Just right-Fatigue-sms- Contacts
    • Saturated-Fatigue-sms- Contacts
    • Over saturated-Fatigue-sms- Contacts
    • Under saturated-Fatigue-sms- Contacts
  • (Undefined variable: MyVariables.Fatigue analysis) personas for Push campaigns are available at an App level. The following personas are available for Push campaigns:
      FILTER NAMEFILTER CRITERIA
      Inactive-Fatigue-Push-<APP_NAME>APP_ID_ = <APP_ID> AND FATIGUE_PERSONA = Inactive
Just right-Fatigue-Push-<APP_NAME>APP_ID_ = <APP_ID> AND FATIGUE_PERSONA = Just right Saturated App Users Filter
      Undersaturated-Fatigue-Push-<APP_NAME>APP_ID_ = <APP_ID> AND FATIGUE_PERSONA = Under saturated
      Saturated-Fatigue-Push-<APP_NAME>APP_ID_ = <APP_ID> AND FATIGUE_PERSONA = Saturated Oversaturated App Users Filter
      Oversaturated-Fatigue-Push-<APP_NAME>APP_ID_ = <APP_ID> AND FATIGUE_PERSONA = Over saturated

Disabling Fatigue Analysis

When you disable Fatigue Analysis for your account:

Important: When you disable this feature for your account, all campaigns (Email, SMS, and Push) for (Undefined variable: MyVariables.Fatigue analysis)are disabled.

  • Data updates of the standard Fatigue Analysis dashboards and PETs will stop. Your programs can continue to use the existing data, but the data will become progressively stale over time.
  • System-created objects (PETs, Filters) will remain. Their results depend on the data in the Fatigue Analysis PETs.

Note: You can't delete Fatigue Analysis PETs. Additionally, Fatigue Analysis PETs do not have expiration dates.

  • Fatigue Analysis dashboards will not longer be visible for your account.

Automatic disabling

The Fatigue Analysis feature is dependent on RFM. If you have Fatigue Analysis enabled for your account, disabling RFM will cause Fatigue Analysis to be disabled also.
