Enabling and disabling Intelligence features
Intelligence features in Oracle Responsys are those that provide advanced insight or use our platform's native data science capabilities. Because organizations may need to do advanced planning before they implement the features, the Intelligence Features Management page gives you the control of when to enable or disable the features on this page. Features shown on this page are ready for your account to use after you enable them here. No additional requests to Oracle Support are needed.
What you see on this page depends on what your organization may have already requested or ordered, and what Responsys features are considered to be intelligence features. Features are grouped by the following categories:
- Features always available to you: Generally available intelligence features. These features do not require your organization to purchase or request them. All Responsys accounts will see this category.
- Features you have subscribed to: These features are part of a purchased add-on, such as the Advanced Intelligence Package or the Send Time Optimization service. You will see this category only if your organization purchased an applicable add-on.
- Labs: Features we are still currently developing. This provides a "sneak peak" at features that are coming in future releases. Ensure that you have read the documentation about the Labs features before you enable them. You will see this category only if your account has been enabled for a Labs feature.
Note: Users must have Account Administrator, Super User, or Data Director roles to modify the account settings on the Intelligence Feature Management page.
To enable or disable features on the Intelligence Feature Management page:
- From the side navigation bar, select
Account.
(If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the 
icon.). - On the Account page, click Intelligence feature management.
- To enable or disable a feature, click the toggle next to the feature name.
If there are impacts to enabling or disabling the feature, a dialog box will display a summary of the impacts. Use the links below learn more details about the impacts of enabling or disabling each feature:
- Click Save to save your changes, or Discard Changes to undo the changes you made since the last save.
