Setting up profile lists for multiple brands

Important: This feature is only available if Multi-brand is enabled for your account.

When creating a Profile List, the Data Director must select a brand for the list. Each Profile List is associated with one brand, and each brand can have several Profile Lists. When creating and launching campaigns, marketers can see all Profile Lists available for their organizational units. Learn more about Working with multi-brand accounts

Tip: The brand name is displayed in the campaign workbook after the campaign is created. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Email Campaign Designer changes, mobile Campaign Designer changes (In-app, Push, or Message Center), or SMS Campaign Designer changes.) It is not displayed when the marketer selects the list. You should give your lists descriptive names so that marketers can easily identify the brand when selecting lists for campaigns.

Important: After you select the brand for a Profile List, you will not be able to change it. For more information on creating Profile Lists, see Creating a list or channel list.

To select a brand for a list:

  1. Navigate to the Profile Lists page. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Side navigation bar changes topic.)
  2. Click Create New List next to Change List.

    The Create list dialog opens.

  3. Select the brand from the Brand drop-down list.
