Vendor bills
A vendor bill records an amount your company owes a vendor. A bill can contain item lines, expense lines, or both.
Open Menu and select Payables > Billing > Vendor bills. You can filter the list by Vendor, Vendor bill date, Status, Due date, Amount due, Total, Term discount date, Reference ID, or Vendor bill. The list supports bulk Submit, Approve, and Reject actions.
A posting vendor bill credits accounts payable and debits the applicable asset, expense, or other item account. Draft, pending-approval, and rejected bills do not post and do not reduce quantities or balances on related transactions.
