Get started with customer hierarchies
Use a customer hierarchy to represent a parent organization and its child companies or branches. Each member remains a separate customer record, while the hierarchy lets you navigate between related customers.
To review a hierarchy, open Menu, select Sales > Customers, open a customer, and then select Customer info. The customer information identifies its parent and child customers when relationships exist.
