Troubleshoot sign-in
Use these procedures when an invitation or recovery link fails, a password or passkey is unavailable, or two-factor authentication prevents QuickStart sign-in. The articles identify which recovery method the user can try and when an account administrator must resend a link or reset authentication setup.
When the sign-in page asks for Company ID, enter the numeric company ID from the You’re ready to use QuickStart email. The page can also show previously used values under Recent company IDs. If you do not know the ID, select Don’t know your company ID? and follow the displayed recovery guidance.
If QuickStart displays Your QuickStart account has been deactivated, the QuickStart subscription for that account has ended. Select Go to QuickStart home when you need to sign in to another account instead.
- If you forgot your password or lost access to a passkey, reset your sign-in settings.
- If QuickStart reports that your password has expired, change the expired password.
- If you cannot use your authenticator app or a backup code, recover when you cannot verify with 2FA.
- If an invitation or reset link is inactive or has already been used, resolve an inactive or used access link.
- If your authenticator app generates codes that QuickStart rejects, troubleshoot the authenticator app.
Contact the person in your company who manages QuickStart if a recovery procedure requires administrator help or you no longer control your sign-in email address.
