Products and services
Use Menu > Products and services to create the products and services selected on transactions and manage their operational lifecycle. The work area covers receiving and fulfilling inventory, item-location quantities and costs, counts and transfers, inventory reports, item defaults, and custom or integrated shipping setup.
Open Menu and expand Products and services. The available areas are:
- Items lists product and service items. Create, search, edit, activate, inactivate, and delete items here.
- Receiving lists purchase orders and customer returns that are ready to receive, together with the resulting item receipts.
- Fulfillments lists sales orders that are ready to fulfill, together with the resulting item fulfillments.
- Manage inventory contains inventory adjustments, transfers, cost revaluations, and counts.
- The Inventory business area in Menu > Reports contains reports for inventory quantities, value, costs, counts, and affected orders.
- Settings contains item preferences and shipping configuration.
The Products and services overview also shows operational cards and reports, such as recently changed items, missing preferred vendors, orders to receive or fulfill, inventory value, and late orders. The cards shown depend on your data and configuration.
