Viewing Gross and Net Revenue Retention Trends

The Gross and Net Revenue Retention portlet provides a side-by-side visualization of Gross and Net Revenue retention trend line for up to one year or twelve months.

To view the gross and net revenue retention trends:

  1. Log in to NetSuite.

  2. Go to the Accessing the Retention Metrics Dashboard.

  3. Set the duration and start and end period for the Gross and Net Revenue Retention trend line. The portlet displays the Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention trend lines monthly for the current year.
