Adding an AI Description to Custom Records
You can add detailed information about a custom record in the AI Description field. This includes custom record types that store custom segment values. AI features, such as NetSuite AI Connector and Ask Oracle, can use this description to answer questions about the segment values (custom records).
For a custom record type associated with a custom segment, use the AI description field to explain what the segment values represent and how related fields are used.
To add an AI description, briefly explain what your custom record is for, how it's used, and any other relevant information an AI feature should know.
When you save a new or changed AI description, NetSuite validates it. AI features use the description only after it passes validation. If validation is pending, NetSuite validates the description automatically later. If the description doesn't meet validation requirements, edit it and save again.
