Viewing Agent Details

When you open the Agents page at Setup > Company > Agents, you can view agents in card view or table view.

• Card view displays agents as individual cards grouped by source.

• Table view displays agents in a sortable list.

Agents are grouped into the following categories:

• Ask Oracle

• NetSuite agents

To view agent details:

• In card view, click the agent card or click View.

• In table view, click the agent name or select View from the Actions menu.

When you open an agent record, you can view information about the agent, such as its description, ID, source, and publisher. You can also view the agent's month-to-date unit usage. This information shows the number of units used by the agent during the current month.

The record header also shows the current agent status: active or inactive.
