Agents

The Agents page lets administrators control which AI agents are available in an account and which roles can access them.

The Agents page lists the AI agents available in your account, including Ask Oracle capabilities and NetSuite agents. You can view agent details, month-to-date unit usage, set agents as active or inactive, and manage role access. For more information about agents, see Agents Overview.

Note:

The Agents page is available only to users with the Administrator role.

Keep the following in mind:

• You cannot create agents from Agents.

• You cannot delete agents from Agents.
