Transferring Salesforce Data to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse

NetSuite Analytics Warehouse brings business data into a unified analytics environment. Transferring Salesforce data lets you analyze Salesforce information in NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and use it alongside your NetSuite data for a broader view of your business.

As of NetSuite version 2026.2, Premium and Enterprise users can manage Salesforce data transfer by functional areas from the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Data Transfer Setup page.

Before transferring Salesforce data into your Analytics Warehouse instance, you need to:

To enable the Salesforce features in the Administration console for NetSuite Analytics Warehouse:

  1. As a NSAW Administrator, go to the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Configuration page and click Open NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. The Administration console for NetSuite Analytics Warehouse opens.

  2. Click the Enable Features tile.

  3. In the Generally Available Features tab, enable the following features:

    • SF Campaign Analytics

    • SF CRM Pipeline

To transfer Salesforce data to your Analytics Warehouse instance:

  1. Open the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Data Transfer Setup page. For more information about transferring data to your Analytics Warehouse instance, see Setting Up the Data Transfer.

  2. In the Data Source field, select Salesforce.

  3. Select the Salesforce functional areas that you want to transfer.

  4. Complete the remaining data transfer settings and run the transfer.

To reload Salesforce data to your Analytics Warehouse instance:

  1. Open the Functional Area Reload Configuration page. For more information about reloading your data, see Reloading Your Data to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.

  2. In the Data Source field, select Salesforce.

  3. Select the Salesforce functional areas that you want to reload.

    Note:

    The functional areas shown depend on the data and functional areas available for the selected source in your account.

  4. Complete the remaining reload configuration and run the reload.
