Executing the Batch_MetaData_Load Job After Adding New Revenue Accounts in NetSuite

If you add a new revenue account in NetSuite between updates, then execute the Batch_MetaData_Load job to reload the metadata to Planning and Budgeting.

To execute the Batch_MetaData_Load job:

  1. From the Home page of Planning and Budgeting, go to Application > Overview.

  2. Click the Dimensions tab.

  3. Click Account.

    The Edit Member Properties window displays by Account.

  4. To find the revenue account that you created, click the plus icon Expand icon next to NFS_Functional Rollups, and then NFS_Total_Revenue to expand the rows.

  5. Confirm that the value in the Default Data Storage column for the new revenue account is Shared.

  6. To close the window, click Cancel.

  7. From a new browser tab, log in to NetSuite.

  8. Go to Planning & Budgeting > Tools > Jobs > Manage Jobs.

  9. In the list of jobs, find the Batch_MetaData_Load job, and then click Execute next to the job.

  10. Return to the browser tab with Planning and Budgeting.

  11. Click the Navigator icon Screenshot of the Navigator icon in NSPB, and then select Data Management.

  12. Click the Workflow tab.

  13. Under Monitor, click Process Details.

  14. Verify that the data imports were successful.
