Executing the Batch_MetaData_Load Job After Adding New Revenue Accounts in NetSuite
If you add a new revenue account in NetSuite between updates, then run the Batch_MetaData_Load job to reload metadata into Planning and Budgeting.
To execute the Batch_MetaData_Load job:

From the Home page of Planning and Budgeting, go to Application > Overview.

Click the Dimensions tab.

Click Account.

To find the revenue account you created, click the plus icon
next to NFS_Functional Rollups, and then click NFS_Total_Revenue to expand the rows.

Make sure the value in the Default Data Storage column for the new revenue account is Shared.

To close the window, click Cancel.

In a new browser tab, log in to NetSuite.

Go to Planning & Budgeting > Tools > Jobs > Manage Jobs.

In the list of jobs, find the Batch_MetaData_Load job, and then click Execute next to it.

Go back to the browser tab with Planning and Budgeting.

Click the Navigator icon
, and then select Data Management.

Click the Workflow tab.

Under Monitor, click Process Details.

Verify that the data imports were successful.
