Verifying Details After Adding New Revenue Accounts in NetSuite
If you added a new revenue account in NetSuite between updates, verify the account details. Then, run the Pipeline_MetaData_Load job to reload metadata into Planning and Budgeting Financials. This action ensures your revenue account is set up correctly and that the integration process is complete.
To verify account details and run the Pipeline_MetaData_Load job:

On your Planning and Budgeting Home page, click the Application card, then Overview.

Click the Dimensions tab.

Click Account.

To find your revenue account, click the arrow next to Account, then NFS_Functional Rollups, and then NFS_Total_Revenue to expand the rows.

Make sure the Default Data Storage for the new revenue account is set to Shared.

To close the window, click Cancel.

To run the Pipeline_Metadata_Load job:

Go back to your Home page, click the Application card, then Data Exchange.

On the Data Integration page, in the search bar, enter Pipeline_Metadata_Load.

Click the Run icon

Click Run.

To see the status of the pipeline running, click the Actions icon, and select Process Details.
