The routes Section

The following table describes the routes/scheduler and routes/mobile sections.

Section

Scope

Configuration Entries

routes/scheduler

Contains the Schedule Board configuration. Controls filters, color palettes, sorting, and records that appear as events or resources.

  • event - Specifies which records appear as events, including unassigned tasks and other records that appear on the Schedule Board.

  • resource - Specifies which records can be assigned as resources. Resources appear on the left side of the Schedule Board.

routes/mobile

Contains the FSM Mobile configuration. Controls the available tabs, pages, and data, including tab and page order and labels.

  • event - A set of searches that determines which records are loaded as jobs in FSM Mobile.

  • resources - Specifies which tabs or pages appear in jobs.

  • inventory - Defines data shared across every job.

  • user - Defines data specific to each user.

  • tabs - Defines each mobile tab or page.

The models Section

The models section defines the data available to other configuration sections, such as views, and the fields that supply or receive the data.

The models section can define automatic record naming and default values for records that FSM creates, such as preventative maintenance cases.

The views Section

The views section doesn't affect FSM Mobile or the Schedule Board. For example, edit views/case/tasks to add a custom Add Tasks sublist to a case.

The notifications Section

The notifications section defines the content and recipients for automated emails. You can also configure email notifications to include attachments in this section.

Other Configuration Sections

Other configuration sections can set up automatic preventative maintenance cases and tasks.
