The Field Service Center
The Field Service Management (FSM) SuiteApp includes the Field Service Center—a custom center with tabs, categories, and links—to help you easily access FSM records and features. Centers are tabbed menu pages in NetSuite that change depending on your role. Center tabs include categories of links to NetSuite pages, custom records, Suitelets, or external web pages. When you update the FSM SuiteApp to a new version, you may lose some categories and links. For more information, see Restoring Field Service Center Categories and Links.
Field Service Tab, Categories, and Links
The Field Service Center includes the Field Service tab. This tab also displays in some other standard NetSuite centers to make FSM features available to different user roles.
