Manual 10.3, 10.4 E-Reporting

Manual E-Reporting enables you to prepare France B2C 10.3 and 10.4 reports if you need to enter the data manually instead of importing them from NetSuite transaction.

Manual mode should be used when 10.3 B2C transaction report or a 10.4 B2C payment report must be prepared from values supplied by the user rather than from automatic extraction.

Important:

Do not use manual mode for reports 10.1 or 10.2.

User role requires Custom Record Entries permission Edit or higher to create and maintain manual records.

To enable Manual E-Reporting:

  1. Create a France E-Reporting transaction.

  2. Select report type 10.3 or 10.4.

  3. Enter the subsidiary and reporting period.

  4. Check the Manual E-Reporting box.

  5. Save the transaction.

The Manual E-Reporting check-box is shown only for supported report types. It is cleared when another report type is selected.

To create manual report:

  1. Create one France E-Reporting Partition and link it to the manual parent transaction.

  2. Create the applicable 10.3 or 10.4 rows and select both the parent E-Reporting transaction and its partition.

    Report 10.3:

    • Date

    • Currency code

    • Tax due date type code, when applicable

    • B2C transaction category

    • Total net amount

    • Total tax amount

    • Number of transactions

    • Tax percentage

    • Taxable amount

    • Tax amount

    Report 10.4:

    • Payment date

    • Tax percentage

    • Currency mode

    • Amount

  3. Review the report and generate it.

  4. When the generation succeeds, certify the report using the France E-Reporting process.

The system fills in the subsidiary, partition number, partition ID, and partition name. Manual 10.3 and 10.4 reports support exactly one partition.
