Item Groups
Item groups are not officially supported for editing on the mobile app. Item groups can be added to the sales order, but, after it is added, the group and its components cannot be modified.
Serial Number Validation on Sales Order
It is expected that the serial number is not required on sales order lines on the mobile app. This allows the user to partially fulfill a serialized line or add the line and choose not to fulfill.
Item Fulfillment - Asset Creation
Asset creation through item fulfillment requires you to create or edit the item fulfillment and save it in the NetSuite user interface.
Fulfilling sales orders in FSM Mobile is not expected to create assets unless you edit and save the resulting item fulfillment in the NetSuite user interface.

Item Fulfillment - Pick, Pack, and Ship
The Pick, Pack & Ship feature on item fulfillment records in NetSuite is not fully supported.
Item fulfillments created in FSM Mobile always have the Shipped status.
Automatic asset creation from item fulfillment will always be triggered by creation of the item fulfillment regardless of the status (picked, packed or shipped).
In FSM Mobile, editing of sales order lines pre-created and pre-fulfilled (picked or packed) through the NetSuite user interface can result in error messages related to fulfillment.
