Generating the Payment Times Report

You can generate the Payment Times Report with transaction information for fully paid bills, see What to Include in the Payment Times Report. The Payment Times report is composed of two parts:

To generate the Payment Times report:

  1. Go to Reports > Tax > Country Tax Reports.

  2. For OneWorld accounts, select a subsidiary from the Subsidiary dropdown list.

  3. In the Nexus field, select Australia.

  4. Select a reporting period under the Start and End Period fields.

  5. In the Report Name dropdown, select Payment Times Report.

  6. Click Generate.

  7. On the Report Execution Log subtab, locate the generated report. The latest generated report displays at the top of the list.

  8. In the View | Download column, wait for the loading bar to complete and change to a View link.

    Note:

    The system sends you an email notification after generating the report. The email notification indicates the date requested, type, and period of the report generated. The email notification also includes a link to the Country Tax Reports page where you can view and export the report.

  9. Click View to open the report.

  10. You must export the payment file and the signed declaration file because the Payment Times Reporting Portal requires both.

    1. Click the Export - CSV icon at the top left of the report to get the payment information.

    2. Click the Export - Word icon at the top left of the report to export the Signed Responsible Member Declaration.
