Generating Close Manager Insights
Close Manager insights provide an AI-generated summary of your close process. The insights help you see your close progress, open activities, and potential gaps in task coverage.
To generate close manager insights:

Go to the Intelligent Close Manager portlet.

Click Generate Insights. The Intelligent Close Summary dialog opens.
Insights may include the following:

Overall insights about close progress and task coverage.

A/R insights about accounts receivable close activities.
-
A/P insights about accounts payable close activities.
Review the generated insights with the related close manager tasks before taking action.
The Enable Narrative Insights preference on the AI Preferences page controls whether you can generate insights. This preference is enabled by default. For more information, see Managing Narrative Insights Preferences.
The content in the Intelligent Close Summary dialog is generated using AI. The information provided may not be completely free of errors or fully accurate.
