Using the Exception Management Dashboard Portlet
Exception Management (EM) is currently a limited release feature that's not available to all customers. Eligibility depends on data volume and model training readiness; accounts with a large amount or insufficient historical data may be restricted. If you can't access Exception Management, contact your NetSuite Account Manager for guidance and next steps.
You can use the Exception Management dashboard portlet to monitor exceptions at a glance on your NetSuite Home page. The portlet displays the top five exceptions, ordered by priority, and includes only exceptions that appear under the Low sensitivity setting. The portlet doesn't include a sensitivity slider and links directly to the Exception Management list page for full review and actions.
To use the portlet, you must have the Exception Management feature enabled, and you must have the Financial Exception Management permissions to access the list.
To add the portlet to your Home page:

Click Personalize at the top of your Home page.

On the Standard Content tab, click Exception Management. This will add the Exception Management portlet to your home page.

You can drag the portlet to the location you'd like it to appear on the home page.
