Tool Name	ns_getPathFromId
Tool Description	Resolves a File Cabinet file or folder internal ID to its complete path, beginning with a slash. The tool doesn't read file contents. The File Cabinet root has no internal ID, so this tool can't return a path for the root.

Properties

The following table lists the tool's properties.

Property	Type	Required or Optional	Description
id	number	Required	The file or folder's internal ID as an integer. File IDs must be positive. Folder IDs must be nonzero and can be negative for built-in folders.
kind	string	Required	The type of File Cabinet item. Accepted values are: file folder File and folder internal IDs are separate.

Permissions

Your ability to resolve an internal ID depends on your NetSuite role's file and folder permissions.
