Viewing Processing Details for Rules or Jobs Executed
After you run a job in Data Management, check the Process Details to see the status the job. If cells are rejected during a data load, check the rule status and logs, and download the validation report to try to fix the issue.
Process Detail logs automatically clear every seven days.
To view data rule process details:

Click the Navigator icon
, and under Integration, select Data Management.
The Data Management window opens.

On the Workflow tab, under Monitor, click Process Details.
The Process Details page appears and shows processes for all source systems.
You can see the following details for each process in the upper pane:

Process ID – An automatically generated identification number.

Status – Shows a visual indicator for the status of the process. Hover over the icon to view a Screen Tip. The statuses include:

– Rule Processed Successfully

– Rule Execution did not complete successfully

Log – Click Show to download the log file.
Tip:If a process status is
, download and review the log file to see what went wrong.

Location – Shows the location name.

Process Name – The type of process. For example, the job executed can be Data Load.

Rule Name – The name of the rule.

Source System – The name of the source system.
-
Target Application – The name of the target application.

ODI Session Number – The session number in Oracle Data Integrator. You can use this number to look up a session in Oracle Data Integrator.
Note:The ODI Session number appears in Process Details only when data is processed offline.

Processed By – The user ID who initiated the process.

Link – Shows the log information for the process step.
In the case of File Import, it shows skipped rows, and in the case of export to Planning, it shows rejected rows and so on.

Output File – Download the validation error report to see which data cells were rejected during the data load and the reasons for the rejection.
You can only get a validation error report if the Display Validation Failure Reasons option is set to Yes.

Select a process from the upper pane to update the details shown in the lower Process Step pane.
Note:Notice the search fields above some column headers (such as Process ID, Location, Rule Name, Source System and Target Application). You can enter keywords in the search fields to filter the rows shown to you.
The text that you enter is case sensitive. For example, to find all target applications starting with HR, you can't enter Hr or hr.

Review the following details of the process under Process Step:

Status – For each process step, the status is shown. You can troubleshoot a problem by seeing where the process failed.

Process Step – Shows the steps in the process.

Process Start Time – The time that the process step started.

Process End Time – The time the process step ended.
