Scheduling the Script Deployment for Oracle EPM Connector
To ensure that Oracle EPM Connector deletes temporary search and data files from your File Cabinet, you should schedule deployment of the following script properly in NetSuite:

To schedule the script deployment:

In NetSuite, go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

Expand the Filters area if the filters are not displayed.

From the Script File filter, select
ss_cleanup.js. -
For this script deployment, click Deployments.

Click Edit next to the script deployment.

On the Schedule subtab, do the following:

Set the Start Time field to 12:00 am

Set the Repeat field to every 2 hours.

Click Save.
