Email Blocklists and Spamlists

Oracle NetSuite actively monitors our outbound mail servers to ensure they are not listed by major, credible lists that have good reputations. As of NetSuite 2020.2, the only lists that are actively monitored are Spamhaus and SpamCop.

Note:

For information about how to ensure that email you send has good reputation, see Email Best Practices.

It is considered a fact-of-life if our mail servers are blocklisted by other spamlists that are not considered as credible as Spamhaus and SpamCop. It is nearly impossible to monitor all junk mail lists or blocklists that may possibly be trusted by the mail servers of the end recipients of email sent from NetSuite accounts.

If you encounter problems with email that was not delivered due to the outbound email IP address appearing on either Spamhaus or SpamCop, contact NetSuite Customer Support.

If you encounter problems with email that was not delivered due to the outbound email IP address appearing on a list other than one of the blocklists shown above, request that the target mail server be reconfigured to use only Spamhaus and SpamCop.
