Payment Instruments & Methods Tab
The settings on the Payment Instruments and Methods tab let you configure properties related to the payment instruments and methods used in your Commerce web store. This tab includes overall properties plus the following subtabs:
Remove PayPal Addresses
The Remove PayPal Addresses setting applies to SuiteCommerce MyAccount, SuiteCommerce, and the Elbrus release of SuiteCommerce Advanced and later.
This Boolean lets you specify if shoppers can remove their PayPal addresses from NetSuite after placing an order, because PayPal addresses are not valid for NetSuite.

PayPal Logo URL
The PayPal Logo URL setting applies to SuiteCommerce MyAccount, SuiteCommerce, and SuiteCommerce Advanced.
This string specifies the URL of the PayPal logo. Commerce web stores display this logo in the checkout flow.

Enable 3D Secure Payments
The Enable 3D Secure Payments setting applies to SuiteCommerce MyAccount, SuiteCommerce, and the 2020.1 release of SuiteCommerce Advanced and later.
This Boolean value lets you specify whether a shopper can make native 3D Secure 2 payments using the following flows on your Commerce website:
