How can I update my mailing address, registered address, name, entity, ownership structure, and request these changes to be reflected on my HSBC Online Account?

You can submit a request to change your company's account information such as address, name or entity by contacting your NetSuite Support team.

Note that upon receipt of your request, you may be contacted by HSBC by email for additional information, documentation, or both.

After you have submitted all required information, you will receive a confirmation email from HSBC to advise on the status of your request.
