Accessing an Older Virtual Card Statement Not Available on the Payment Automation Dashboard

What should I do if I want to access an older Virtual Card billing statement that is not available on the Payment Automation dashboard?

You can view, download, and print your Virtual Card statements from your Payment Automation dashboard for the prior 6 months. If you need a copy of a statement that dates back more than 6 months, the Program Administrator can call 1-800-411-9264, where they will be directed to a Virtual Card support specialist and can request a paper copy of the statement to be mailed to the company’s billing address on file.
