Disagreeing with the Annual Statement Credit Amount
What should I do if I have received an annual statement credit to my Virtual Card account, and I disagree with the amount received?
You will receive an Annual Statement Credit of 1% on all eligible purchases, as detailed in the Pricing Addendum to your Virtual Corporate Cards Services Schedule. This information will be displayed on your Virtual Card statement following your annual account opening anniversary date.
For example, if your HSBC Online Account was opened in September 2022, you will see the credit reflected on your October 2023 statement. If you have any further questions, call 1-800-411-9264, where you will be directed to a Virtual Card support specialist.
