What should I do if I have not received an annual statement credit to my Virtual Card account and would like further information?

You will receive an Annual Statement Credit of 1% on all eligible purchases, as detailed in the Pricing Addendum to your Virtual Corporate Cards Services Schedule. This information will be displayed on your Virtual Card statement following your annual account opening anniversary date.

For example, if your account was opened in September 2022, you will see this reflected on your October 2023 statement. If you have any questions, call 1-800-411-9264, where you will be directed to a Virtual Card support specialist.
