Granting Access to Belgium Chart of Accounts Installation Page
As administrator, you can grant other roles the access to the Installation of Belgium Chart of Accounts page.
To grant access to the Belgium Chart of Accounts installation page:

Go to Customization > Scripting > Single Page Applications.

Click Installation of Belgium Chart of Accounts.

On the left pane, click Configuration.

On the Release Audience field, click Set Up Audience....

On the Audience Setup window, check the box next to the role that you want to have access to the Belgium Chart of Accounts installation page.

Click Save.
Ensure that the role you have granted access to the Installation of Belgium Chart of Accounts page has at least create-level permission for Accounts.
To set Accounts permissions for a role:

Go to Setup > Users/Roles > User Management > Manage Roles.

Click Edit next to the role to whom you want to grant the permission for Accounts.

On the Permissions subtab, go to the Lists subtab.

In the Permission column, enter Accounts.

In the Level column, select Create, Edit, or Full.

Click Add.

Click Save.
