Updating Script Deployment Settings for Suitelets Available Without Login
Setting Suitelets to be available without login gives users access to the Suitelet and run scripts without logging in. For sample use cases and more information, see Setting Available Without Login.
Starting 2025.1, script deployment audience settings now distinguish between external and internal roles. For more information, see Changes to Audience Settings in Script Deployments and Single Page Applications.
Due to this update, you may notice changes in your account—such as updates to system information—that could affect custom approval workflows. To avoid issues while using the SuiteApp, set Online Forms User as an external role in the script deployment record.
Before completing the following steps, make sure you enabled the Online Forms feature. For more information, see the Prerequisites section in Installing the Fixed Assets Management SuiteApp.
To add Online Forms User as an external role in the script deployment record:

Go to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments.

On the Script Deployments page, locate the FAM Trigger Process SU script deployment record (ID: customdeploy_fam_triggerprocess_su), and click the Edit link next to it.

Under the Audience subtab of the Script Deployment record, select Online Forms User in the External Roles field.

Click Save.
