Viewing or Canceling Scheduled Pickups

You can view submitted pickup requests to look for any upcoming ones. Before the earliest pickup time of a scheduled pickup, you can submit a cancellation request.

The app automatically cancels a pickup request when all associated shipping labels have been voided. For more information about voiding labels, see Voiding Shipping and Return Labels.

You may ask your carrier for any guidelines or limitations regarding pickup cancellations. After you submit a pickup request, you can’t add or remove shipments but you can cancel it. If you try to create a new request, the original scheduled date and time may not be available anymore, depending on your carrier.

To view or cancel scheduled pickups:

  1. From the Options menu, tap Manage Pickups.

  2. On the Manage Pickups page, tap View Pickup Details or Cancel Pickup.

  3. On the next page, do one of the following:

    If you can’t find a request or to find earlier requests, change the date filter to All or to another number of months. Tap the table icon to open the popup window with the Filter By Date setting. For more information, see Filtering Table Data by Date.

    • From the Pickup list, tap the pickup request number.

      Note that Date columns appear in UTC format and follow your Time Zone general preference.

    • For pickup cancellations only, in the Scan/Enter Label field, scan or enter a shipping label, order number, or pickup request number. For orders packed through the app, you can also provide the pack carton ID. If you enter the data, tap Cancel Pickup to proceed.

  4. On the popup window, you can view the details, and then tap OK to confirm and close it.
