Tracking Delivery of Shipped Packages

On item fulfillments, you can track the delivery details of packages that you ship through app. For each package, you can view the delivery status and history provided by your carrier.

This capability does not extend to tracking of returns.

To track delivery of shipped packages:

  1. Go to Transactions > Order Management > Fulfill Orders > List.

  2. On the Item Fulfillments list, click View next to the Shipped fulfillment associated with the package.

  3. On the Item Fulfillment page, click the Packages subtab.

  4. Next to the package, click the Package Details icon.

  5. On the Package Details popup window, in the Delivery Details field, click View.
