Printing the weekly schedule

Workforce Management has a wide variety of different printable shift reports. The different types of reports that can be printed include:

You can print with the shifts grouped by job, wage, category or even WFM access group.

It is also possible to remove and include extra KPIs on an hour-by-hour basis.

All you need to do is click on the options button to make the changes.

To obtain a report for printing, go to the Print button next to the options.

Custom Reports

A custom report will be available to print after it has been created from Setup > Shift Reports. Custom Reports are an easy way to customize schedule reports. This could include wages or KPI information depending on who it is available for.

Staff Report

The staff report is the typical schedule that employees would see. This is something which can be printed out and hung up at work.

It contains shifts, any job roles, and total hours worked.

On the last page of this, any shift notes will be printed.

Master Report

Just like the staff report, but for management only.

The Master Report contains wage and KPI information of previous weeks.

Daily Report

The Daily Report is a simple way to view the week's schedule. It creates a singular report that shows the shifts for one location in a day-by-day format.

This report is useful for manager because of its simple layout.

Daily Master Report

The Daily Master report gives an hour by hour, day by day analysis of the weekly master report.

This report is useful as it gives more in-depth information about important features such as the employeewages and KPI information.

Daily By Day Report

A Daily By Day report is very similar to a daily report, the main difference between the two is that the Daily By Day report print a day per page. This is useful to managers as it leaves extra room for them to add small notes after it has been printed out.

Multi-Unit Staff Report

The Multi Unit Staff report creates a weekly shift report of two or more locations. This report is useful for any management staff overlooking multiple locations.

This type of report is also useful for employees who work at multiple locations.
