Account Requirements for Intelligent Item Recommendations for Websites

To display intelligent item recommendations, your Commerce website must use both:

• SuiteCommerce or SuiteCommerce Advanced 18.2 or later.

• Site Management Tools (SMT) version 3 or later.

Whether a particular type of recommendation is available on a specific website depends on the following:

Type of Recommendation	Subsidiary/Site Requirements
Order or Cart Items Customers Who Bought This Also Bought Recently Viewed Items Customer Purchase History	At least 50 items in the website catalog A minimum number of transactions in the past 12 months
Buy Again	A minimum number of repeat purchases in the past 12 months
Alternative Items	At least 50 items in the website catalog A system-supported language, excluding Vietnamese

To check which types of recommendations are available for a website, go to Commerce > Marketing > Recommendation Availability.
