Account Requirements for Intelligent Item Recommendations for Websites

Intelligent item recommendations are available on any account that has Customer Relationship Management, SuiteCommerce, or SuiteCommerce Advanced enabled. Whether a particular type of recommendation is available in a specific website depends upon the following:

Type of Recommendation	Subsidiary/Site Requirements
Order or cart items Customers who bought this also bought Recently viewed items Customer purchase history	At least 50 items in the website catalog A minimum number of transactions in the past 12 months
Buy Again	A minimum number of repeat purchases in the past 12 months
Alternative Items	At least 50 items in the website catalog A system-supported language, excluding Vietnamese

In addition to these requirements, to show intelligent recommendations, a website must use both:

SuiteCommerce or SuiteCommerce Advanced 18.2 or later
Site Management Tools (SMT) version 3 or later
