The NetSuite Content and Experience SuiteApp is a cloud-based file repository that uses Oracle Content and Experience Cloud to improve content management and collaboration in NetSuite. The SuiteApp lets you create corresponding folders in Oracle Content for your NetSuite records. You can upload all project-related files in the generated folders, letting you search, collaborate, and share project documents, digital assets, and content in one location.

In version 1.00.3 of the NetSuite Content and Experience SuiteApp, you can enable the SuiteApp on project and project task records only. Help documentation will be updated accordingly when other NetSuite records are supported.
With NetSuite Content and Experience, you can do the following:
Create folders in Oracle Content for your subsidiaries, projects, and project tasks.
Upload documents, digital assets, and various content in Oracle Content folders.
Download documents, digital assets, and various content from Oracle Content folders.
Access your documents in Oracle Content through NetSuite.
Search for your files in Oracle Content using tags.
Share your files in Oracle Content to employees and vendors, and assign who can view and provide comments on the documents stored in your Oracle Content folders.
