This section contains troubleshooting instructions for errors encountered while using NetSuite Content and Experience.
Configuration Errors in Oracle Content Documents
To view errors encountered while connecting to Oracle Content, go to the Documents subtab of the NetSuite record.
Only account administrators can access the Oracle Content Configuration page. Any errors related to Oracle Content Configuration must be fixed by the administrator.
For administrators, go to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments for more information about the errors.
Errors When Viewing Oracle Content Documents
To avoid errors and successfully view your Oracle Content Documents, you must be in an active session in Oracle Content.
To check if you have an active session, go to the Oracle Content instance assigned to your organization. If a login form is presented, enter your login credentials to establish an active session.
If you are using a role with the Single Sign-on permission, you are in an active session by default. You do not have to manually log in to Oracle Content.
If you are in an active session but not able to access your Oracle Content Documents, contact your account administrator.
Errors When Using Oracle Content Conversations
To successfully add and view comments in Oracle Content Conversations, you must be in an active session in Oracle Content. This is applicable when viewing your files through the Oracle Content Documents page, Project Documents portlet, and the Documents subtab of a project record.
To check if you have an active session, go to the Oracle Content instance assigned to your organization. If a login form is presented, enter your login credentials to establish an active session.
If you are in an active session but not able to access your Oracle Content Conversations, contact your account administrator.
