NetSuite Content and Experience Setup Guide

Administrators must perform the following tasks to set up the NetSuite Content and Experience SuiteApp:

  1. Create users and assign roles to groups using the Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) console. See Using Oracle Identity Cloud Service to Manage Users, Groups, and Access.

  2. Enable the required settings in Oracle Content. See Required Settings in Oracle Content.

  3. Enable the required features and set up required permissions in your NetSuite account. See Prerequisites for Installing the NetSuite Content and Experience SuiteApp.

  4. Install the SuiteApp. See Installing the NetSuite Content and Experience SuiteApp.

  5. Set up authentication and authorization. See Setting Up Authentication and Authorization.

  6. Set up Single Sign-on. See Setting Up Single Sign-on for NetSuite.

  7. Configure the SuiteApp for a specific record type. See Configuring the NetSuite Content and Experience SuiteApp for a NetSuite Record.
