Enabling Required Features for Sales Return Accounting

Users with an Administrator role permission must enable the following features in NetSuite.

To enable the features:

1. Go to Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features.

2. Click the SuiteCloud subtab and enable the following features:

   1. Under SuiteBuilder, check Item Options and Custom Records.

   2. Under SuiteGL, check Custom GL Lines.

3. If you want to enable the multi-book accounting feature, click the Accounting subtab and enable the following features:

   1. Under Multi–Book Accounting, check the following boxes:

      • Adjustment Only Books

      • Full Multi-Book Accounting

4. Click Save.
