Sales Return Accounting Roles and Permissions

When you install the Sales Return Accounting SuiteApp, the SRA Accountant role is added to your account. This custom role is set up with all the required permissions to use the SuiteApp.

SRA Accountant – The applied permissions to this custom role is a combination of A/R Clerk and Accountant roles. In addition, employees with this role can create cash sale, cash refund, and credit memo transactions.

To view SRA Accountant role permissions:

  1. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

  2. Click SRA Accountant role.

Administrators can assign this custom role to employees who need to work with this SuiteApp, or customize existing roles using SRA Accountant role as a guide.

The following permissions are available to both the Administrator and SRA Accountant roles to use this SuiteApp:

The access level for these permissions is set to full.

Employees with Custom Record Entries permission can also create or edit sales returns account mapping record using this SuiteApp.
