Creating Sales Returns Account Mapping

After configuring the G/L plug-in, users can create Sales Returns Account Mapping. Based on the Custom Record Entries permission that the users have, they can view, create, or edit sales returns account mapping. The plug-in uses the mapping to identify the mapped sales return account and create G/L entries for sales returns.

You must select a unique combination of subsidiary, sales account, sales return account, and accounting book for sales returns account mapping.

For more information about configuring SRA custom G/L plug-in, see Configuring Sales Return Accounting Custom G/L Plug-in.
